The fuse for the front fogs is No.1 (15A) behind the r/h side dash panel (lighting fuses as @savcom said). Just to make sure I pulled it and my fogs stoppped working. As both your lights have stopped working at the same time then a common connection is a likely cause. Hope this is of more help.

smoka-usa. Pull the a/c and head light unit out located to the left of the steering wheel. I have 02 320slk WHICH THE SEATS stopped working. I ordered the relay from Rock Auto, opened side fuse panel cover, removed the screws holding the fuse block in place, pulled the a/c head light unit forward and removed.
Hello, So my Uncle is up north for Christmas with his 2014 SLK 250 CDI and has brought with him a new dash cam and hard wire kit. We've routed the cable to the rear fuse box rather than the front as running the cable across the top of the windscreen was interfering with the radio signal.
Checked the fuses for the instrument cluster, checked battery voltage and charging voltage both OK. Removed the K40 replay and gave it a bunch of stiff raps while watching the lights, no flicker and no change. Scanned the car and no codes at all, was able to read values from various modules. Any ideas appreciated.
This mainly affects smooth op and fuel pump. I have just repaired mine. K40 Relay - Right hand drive LHD opposite Remove neg batt term Remove computer lid Unclip holding tang and lift up module Pull off connectors Open case of www.slkworld.com.
Used the key to enter the car (and set off the alarm). Put the key in the ignition, dash lite up like normal, but no starter response at all. Noticed the "Start Error" message. Came back the next day with tools and info from the forum. Popped the hood (alarm again). Pulled the 35 and 37 fuses.

Gone: '83 500SEC,'99 500SL,'07GL450. On my 2007 GL450 the "cigar lighter" fuse is #46-15amp, which is located "in the trunk,on the right side". Just replaced blown fuse#46 in the trunk (15 amp). BTW, here is the fuse location chart . . .The fuses you want to look at are 27,28 & 37 located in the cockpit fuse box. They also supply current to the roof, airscarf, seat adjustment and a few other odds & ends.
I had this problem again last weekend.It has come and gone over the past 3 years.There's a detailed rectification procedure with photographs posted on this site that I photocopied some time back.Finally decided to give it a try.The relay is on a PCB located in the black box next to the battery(RHD cars).I dismantled the PCB and cleaned the contacts with a sharp knife,I believe this is better
