I can have up to seven gang members following me but I can't find any vehicle that allows me to drive more than three of them with me. Can it be done in anyway, be it by finding a vehicle in the game

I downgraded to v1 with silents stuff also. But I can't seem to recruit any gang members. It said I have the ability to "recruit a 2 man crew" I'm using the xbox controller setup 2 with ginput, and I cannot recruit anyone. I hold the aim to a gang member, and press up on dpad (and tried every other combo of buttons), it cant work. Can anyone help? thanks
