There is a way of altering the volume so it raises as you drive faster ,I think you have to press the menu button find AVC i think its called activated volume control Off 1,2 or 3 i think mine is set on 3 and that solved my prob hope that helps. 57 plate c-max 2.0 zetec petrol power in ocean blue, sarah.
